Cancellation Policy

We totally get it — sometimes plans change (just like your pup's favorite toy!). That’s why we offer a 3-day cancellation window for all new subscriptions.

If you need to cancel, just let us know before 3 days of your order, and we’ll give you a full refund — no questions asked.

After 3 days, your subscription will continue for the current period, but you can still cancel anytime to avoid future charges.

Remember, you always have access to your account to pause and skip future shipments anytime. We're all about making things easy for you (and your furry friend!).

If your order has already been processed, hang tight — we’ve got you! 🐾

Just reach out to us at customercare@k9kalm.com or give us a call at 800-781-4577 and give us 24–48 hours to get back to you. We’re a small (but mighty!) team, and we promise to work things out with care.

Please avoid filing a chargeback right away — if one is filed without contacting us first, we may pass along any related fees.
